Restating the obvious… because it gets properties sold, but you may be asking why it works. Let me give you my perspective;
Brutally honest about the marketability of the property
By engaging a professional team of advisors we are able to have open and honest conversation about the marketability of the property. No need to be concerned about our motives or level of experience.
The plan allows provides us with a great deal of confidence about our strategic pricing plan, and we come to agreement in advance on the various activities and steps that are going to take place during the marketing period, relieving the stress of the intermediate decisions that otherwise takes place. I think we can agree that while your property is on the market life can be very stressful!
We also can be that much more comfortable in our negotiation when we know the marketability of the property. If an offer is too low we can reject it with confidence, and when we get a good offer we’ll know it.
